AI Training

AI training. For the work that matters.

Learning, connected to the work.
An original study in folded paper and light.

Give your team a useful way to work with AI. Start with the tasks they know, practice together, and learn what a good result looks like.

Practical training for sales, operations, security and finance teams. From beginner foundations to intermediate workflows. No coding required.

Confidence, then capability

From a first draft to a way of working.

Learn the essentials, use them on real work, then make the useful parts repeatable. The team keeps the instructions and examples—not just the slides.

  1. Start with the foundations.

Choose a useful task. Understand where AI helps, where it invents an answer, and which approved data and tools belong in the exercise.

Keep A task map, baseline example and safe-input checklist.

  2. Apply it. Then check it.

Give clear context and instructions. Compare outputs, verify sources and calculations, and improve the draft with a named human reviewer.

Keep Reusable prompts and instructions, a review rubric and a corrected example.

  3. Repeat what works.

Write down the handoffs and stop points. Compare similar tasks, track actual reuse, and measure quality and effort—including review and rework.

Keep A workflow checklist, an adoption scorecard and an internal owner.

Practice across the business

Your work.
A shared method.

The same skills travel from a better account brief to a clearer finance review.

These ten domains are the Saleslights revenue system. We choose the training focus with you; every domain is not automatically included. Security and human review run through all of them.

Security + human review

Across every domain, at every step.

A useful exercise in every domain.

Illustrative workflows. Open one to see the work, the takeaway and the human check.

Lead Generation
Practice
Turn approved public company research into a source-linked account brief.
Take away
An account-brief template and a checklist for the evidence behind it.
Human check
A seller checks the sources, fit and permission to contact. Nothing is sent automatically.
Operations
Practice
Turn approved meeting notes into decisions, owners and due dates.
Take away
A reviewed action log and instructions for the next weekly review.
Human check
The meeting owner confirms each commitment before anyone creates or assigns tasks.
Campaigns
Practice
Draft a message sequence from an approved offer and audience brief.
Take away
A draft sequence and a simple checklist for claims, tone and relevance.
Human check
The campaign owner checks claims, consent and do-not-contact lists before any send.
Website & Search
Practice
Outline a service page and useful buyer answers using verified service facts.
Take away
A content brief with sources and a map of relevant internal links.
Human check
The publisher verifies every claim and approves publication. Search placement is not a promise.
UX & CX
Practice
Group de-identified customer feedback and draft responses to recurring questions.
Take away
A feedback taxonomy and a reviewed customer-response guide.
Human check
A support owner checks the customer context and approves each external reply.
Paid Acquisition
Practice
Develop ad concepts and a test brief from approved claims and a budget.
Take away
Creative variants and an experiment sheet with a clear success measure.
Human check
The budget owner approves launches and spend changes. A draft cannot change a campaign.
Lead Magnets & Analytics
Practice
Outline a useful downloadable resource and the events needed to measure its use.
Take away
A resource outline, event dictionary and measurement QA checklist.
Human check
An analyst verifies calculations, consent and event behavior before using the results.
Content & Authority
Practice
Turn an approved expert interview into an article draft supported by its sources.
Take away
An editorial brief, first draft and attribution checklist.
Human check
The named expert checks quotations and attributed claims before publication.
Field Marketing
Practice
Compare public event information and prepare an attendance brief.
Take away
An event shortlist with dates, sources and a follow-up plan.
Human check
The owner confirms current dates, spend and permission to use participant information.
Finance
Practice
Explain variances in a de-identified revenue and expense spreadsheet.
Take away
Variance commentary linked to verified spreadsheet calculations.
Human check
The finance owner checks every figure. No automatic payments or ledger entries.

Good judgment is part of the skill

Useful work.
Clear boundaries.

Use approved tools and data. Check the facts and sources. A person approves the work before publishing, sending, changing access or making payments.

Illustrative security exercise

Read the evidence, not just the summary.

Compare an AI-generated incident summary with sanitized source evidence. Spot a fabricated source and an instruction hidden in a document—the kind of prompt injection that tries to redirect an AI tool.

The boundary A security owner checks the summary and decides what to escalate. No live secrets, access changes or automated remediation.

Illustrative finance exercise

Explain the variance. Verify the numbers.

Draft commentary on a de-identified revenue and expense sheet. Check each figure in the spreadsheet and separate supported explanations from guesses.

The boundary A finance owner verifies the calculations and interpretation. The exercise does not post to the ledger or move money.

A program shaped around your team

Bring the work.
Build the habit.

Live workshops introduce the foundations. Role-based labs apply them. Adoption follow-through helps the team use the workflow after the session.

We scope the participants, sessions, approved tools and follow-up in your proposal. Start with the work worth improving—not a long list of AI products.

Free courses have a place.

OpenAI Academy and Microsoft Learn offer useful self-paced foundations. If that is enough, start there. Our value is live practice on your own workflows, clear review ownership and help turning learning into use.

When a prompt needs a product.

Some workflows need connected systems, permissions or a better interface. Training helps define the need; a separately scoped engineering engagement can build it.

Build the workflow with us

Before we start

AI training questions.

Do we need technical experience?

No coding background is needed. We start with familiar business tasks and adapt the exercises for beginner and intermediate users. Connecting tools or building a production application is a separate scope.

Which AI tools will we use?

We agree the tools before training and work in your approved accounts. The core skills carry across tools: give clear instructions, supply useful context, check the result and make the work repeatable. Tool subscriptions are separate.

Can we use our own business work?

Yes, with approved data and tools. We can begin with public, synthetic or de-identified examples. Confidential information and personal data stay out until your organization has agreed what can be shared and where.

What does the team leave with?

Reusable prompts and instructions, reviewed examples, a workflow checklist and an adoption scorecard for the agreed work. Your proposal defines the workflows, participants, sessions and follow-through.

How do we know the training is useful?

We compare similar tasks before and after practice: output quality, total effort and actual reuse. Time spent on review and rework counts too. The scorecard records what changed, rather than assuming every AI draft saves time.

Why not take a free AI course?

A free course can be the right place to learn the basics. Saleslights adds live practice on your own workflows, useful artifacts, a named reviewer and support putting the learning to work. The value is the application, not a secret set of prompts.

Does training include certification or a working integration?

Training does not include a professional certification or a production integration. If the workflow needs an application, new permissions or connected systems, we can scope that separately through Software Development.

Start with one useful workflow.

Tell us what your team does, what they have tried and where they need confidence. We’ll shape the training around that.
